Hey coach! When you think about the beginning of the school year, how do you feel?

Unsure? Doubtful? Overwhelmed?

You're not alone. Since the dawn of time, instructional coaches have been left to figure things out on their own, resulting in frustration and failure.

Instructional coaches who start their coaching work without a game plan are building the plane as they fly it, responding to conversations as they come up, making decisions as they become necessary, and reacting to stressful situations.

Being a reactive instructional coach will undermine your coaching work, every single time.

Waiting to solve problems as they come up is setting you up for failure.

Instead, let's start the year with a proven roadmap that tells you exactly what to do each day for the exponentially important first 20 days of school. The things you do the first month of school will make or break your coaching year. Let's do the right things, together!

The Instructional Coaching Start-Up Course takes a confusing first month of coaching and turns it into a simple game plan, complete with all the tools you need to do your job well from day one. Imagine how you'll feel knowing you're starting the year right!

You'll get clarity on your coaching role, prepare meaningful goals and an action plan to accomplish them, and build relationships with teachers. You'll start intentional coaching work including coaching cycles. This proactive plan will change your entire coaching year for the better.

Gone are the days where you have to figure it all out on your own and regret your missed opportunities.

Start strong and coach better with the Instructional Coaching Start-Up Course!

Meet Your Coach: Chrissy Beltran

I know what it's like to be thrown into an instructional coaching position without any gameplan. People look at you, see an excellent classroom teacher, and think, "Hey, let's toss them into a completely different job and hope they figure it out!" The first year as a coach, I experienced so many emotions: self-doubt, confusion, and frustration. Over time, I pieced together my coaching program and worked hard to undo the mistakes I'd made early in the game. It wasn't easy, but it got easier as I became more proactive and thoughtful. Ten years later, I'm helping instructional coaches do this very thing: start strong to coach better! Let's walk together through the first month of the school year and set you up for success!

Let's do this together!
